Close quarters are exactly where low moisture matters
Soak a carpet in a big open house and it eventually dries. Do it in a townhome with shared walls and modest airflow and you have created a damp problem with a smell attached. Our method was built for the opposite outcome: a fraction of the water, extracted back out with the soil, and fabric dry within a couple of hours. Pet spots get enzyme treatment that eliminates the odor source, which in close quarters is not a luxury. In a small space, air quality is furniture quality.
